There is a severe lack of professionalism in how the company is run, which just creates confusion for everyone. One moment going one direction, the next moment another. Instead of backing their team, management may override decisions, change terms, or step in last-minute in ways that undermine credibility. This not only affects performance but also erodes trust internally and externally. The salary offered does not align with the workload, responsibilities, or performance expectations. Dont expect incentive or bonus, they dont exist and if they do its minimal. All money flows into boss pocket. Communication from leadership can be inconsistent and, at times, misleading.
