Vantaggi

-Good work/life balance. 20 days front loaded PTO -A few great people to work with -Learning experience (if you're willing to always adapt to a new direction)

Svantaggi

I worked at Mediafly for 2 years, and the company “vision” changed every quarter. Early on, the company was communicative and transparent. Over the course of 2 years, 5+ acquisitions happened and the C-suites from these companies stayed on. None of these people were ever in alignment and the original culture went down the drain. Mediafly is supposed to be a "revenue enablement" solution, but they don't internally prioritize enablement or understand how to truly enable revenue teams. The acquired products were dropped on the sales team with no plan to train them how to sell it. The idea of how the products would work together made no sense. They promote sales excellence yet there was zero consistency in enablement leadership (5 different enablement leaders in 18 months). Its hard to trust an enablement solution that doesn’t understand enablement to its core.

Vantaggi

Carson was as open a leader as I have seen - that being said the context of what was said was not always the best to hear.

Svantaggi

Things seemed confusing as the multiple acquisitions took place.

Vantaggi

Most teams across the organization are wonderful to work with. Compensation and benefits were good. The flexibility with remote working was the biggest perk.

Svantaggi

Senior leadership has been out of their depth since the mass acquisitions over the 2023–2024 period. From that point on, there was constant chaos driven by layoff after layoff. Communication between silos broke down, and getting a clear message or direction from Product and Marketing to Sales became nearly impossible. It hasn’t helped that the organization is bloated at the top, while teams take the hit when it comes to layoffs. That, in turn, has created a toxic culture, especially with a handful of corporate cutthroats sitting in middle management. At least in the days of Carson, John and Isabelle, Mediafly had clear direction and purpose.
