Healthy technology stack and processes: java, spring, spring boot, maven, mongo, oracle, docker, git, jenkins, knockout, bootstrap, grunt, require js, bower. People who don't perform or who have attitude problem will be given chances to improve but will be let go if they don't change. This sounds cold but those kind of people can be cancerous to others. The company is well positioned to grow. It has a stronghold on the traditional media world. However, with the changes in the way media is consumed, there is a lot of change and potential for growth.
