The people are fantastic; they are young and energetic - it's a great environment. If you are a student or are interested in going back to school, Mediconnect is the place for you. They are extremely flexible at allowing you to pursue your education goals.

There is a lack of quality at the senior management level. They are secretive, suspicious and they seem to be in over their heads. There is no sense of strategic planning; more of a lasse fair attitude, rather than any real direction in their planning. The company is in need of quality senior management with previous management and leadership experience. A serious criticism of the company would be the nepotism which pervades senior management. These individuals have been hired without the necessary qualifications and skills to run this business successfully.
