Midlevel Management don't understand what makes great software. Don't know appreciate great work. so they can't evaluate. Worst HR ever seen.

We appreciate hearing all input on current and previous employees experience. We share the sentiment that keeping the bar high for prospective talent is incredibly important. We are growing at an extremely fast pace and are working to ensure that the caliber of talent coming into the organization can handle the scope of work required to grow our Company. We understand that in the short term, the changes are affecting our current employees and we appreciate all of the extra work our current teams are putting in to help the business run. The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
