The company has grown too quickly. As a result, there is no money for advertising or marketing and you are expected to do it on your own. The corporate office is incompetent and tries to keep afloat by always changing the rules. Prices, guidelines, procedures, and daily practices change without notice or logic. The training is terrible and does not prepare you for when you are actually on the job. There is no quality of life as everyone is expected to be at the workplace every open day and hour from open to close. This company is a confused, uncaring, money-driven nightmare.
