From lowest management up to the CEO, all bullies. Only care about the bottom line. Only advertise on Craigslist specifically to target young college graduates to take advantage of their limited career experience. They do not hire people with families or lives. ZERO flexibility with time-off, split-shifts during the week and work every weekend. Morale is awful and attrition rate is HIGH. Average employee lasts 6 months from burn-out and terrible management treatment. Must clock-out for lunch and breaks but highly discouraged to take the time. Have to check-in w/management to use bathroom, and only management schedules lunch time and breaks. Management ridicule clients behind their backs. Zero respect for clients or employees.
