-You're not going to make a ton of money your first 1-2 years whether that's in Sales or Recruiting but if you're willing to stick it out, you'll start seeing the money come in after that
-The only role that you can really go into after Sales is running an office so if you don't want to do that, you're somewhat stuck
-Not an 8-5 job...if you want to be successful you have to be willing to come in early & stay late**
