Would not recommend, especially if you are a recent graduate - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso Medix

I would not recommend working at Medix. Especially if it is your first job out of college, as management will make it seem like working outside of hours, being held to very unrealistic metrics, and micromanaging is a normal part of a job. Another unfortunate aspect of Medix is that management shows favoritism to certain employees. Management praises working after hours and on weekends. Overall, Medix is not a place that I would recommend, as the management is secretive and not transparent about layoffs and other things too. As mentioned earlier, there are many leaders on the team who micromanage to an extent that it is unbearable.
