The organization is very flat so there is little chance of advancement. Many in management positions have been with the company long term. There is a lot of inconsistancy in bonus targets between divisions. This causes a lot of power struggles between divisons stemming from trying to achieve conflicting goals. Don't expect to recieve much training. You will either quickly learn on the job or sink.
