Very low salaries, low raises, you have to ask many many times to get your rights. No clear plans from management, old employees are resisting any new endeavours for improvement and management is not interfering to set well defined schemes. No investment in good calibres Everything is hidden, even there is no payslip available. No recognition plans, no learning , or development, no training provided. Everything is randomly going even internally between teams.. Teams members are not business oriented, They laid off 50% of their employees, top management are very good at reductions, although they deducted 20% off the salaries due to corona!! and promised they won't lay off anyone!! Then it came to be sold to Cerner!! Top management are not allowing overtime although they know by heart people CV are working for more than 12 hours!! No work/life balance!! It's a whole disgrace
