Annual layoffs over past 3-4 years, not the Medtronic it used to be (doubt if Earl B. would recognize this company anymore). For past 3-5 years a definite strategy to move out of MN and become a global conglomerate absolutely flush with management layers, politics, and "strategury" in the Bush sense of the word.
