At first everything seemed great and wonderful and appreciated, once the rose colored glasses come off it was a different story. The treatment of employees is laughable as they gaslight you into believing they are paying and treating you generously. Unpaid call, expecting work to be your ENTIRE life with no work life balance. Constantly told “things are getting better” but nothing ever does because of greed. I was unable to see the behavior until I left and I am so happy I did.
