Management lose touch of ground, believing in gossips instead of digging the truth.- directors do not care about people, it’s all HR talk and for promo. -Manager is good at talking, no real work done. Team workload kept piling up. -very toxic work culture, very political and gossips. - frequent layoffs, every 2-3 mths. -not a good place to work at all. - too demoralizing, a lot of bully. -dun trust those who wrote by interns sayings it’s all good, they do not see the real politics happening.
