Pushing use of AI in all areas of the company without regard for the environmental impacts, increased energy demand impacts, and the displacement of neighborhoods due to increased numbers of data centers. Also doesn’t acknowledge it is not a flawless system, it makes lots of mistakes, and expects everyone to integrate it in their workflow. Implied pro-Israel stance as a company, individual employees may think differently but no one talks about it. Pushing now (starting fall 2025) 4 days in office per week and eliminating remote positions with limited flexibility depending on your manager.

Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

Svantaggi

Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
