The Montreal team is great in particular. Opportunity to be involved across a few different disciplines, and really heard. No crunch or external pressures. My starting salary was average but I have had significant increases justified by my growing role in the company. When I started I there were times when I felt micromanaged by the CEO (who is keen to be involved in everything), particularly as a lot of communication was though email: the pro here is after speaking to him about it, and as time has gone by, I've seen huge improvements on this and he is generally available for a Skype call whenever there are details too nuanced for email.
