Co-workers or internal (security) is more interested in their paycheck than the quality of work that is done by the employees. **security is paid MORE to catch employees stealing, or accused of stealing, than to watch the general public. I am honest, sincere, I work hard, I show up every day for work, and if it's NOT MINE, I won't touch it. I was accused of "stealing" by our store security for purchasing an item that was marked wrong (a difference of $3) and I was fired over it, because I was accused of marking it wrong myself. *I shop the clearance section of EVERY and ANY store, that is just how I shop. If I can find something I need for less, I am more likely to purchase it. Nobody asked me what the story was, they simply fired me for "stealing". REALLY?? What a crock of crap. I was at this position for over a year, and I actually enjoyed it. It is too bad that internal people are more concerned about how much money they will bring home and seek out ridiculous things and make stuff up, instead of catching REAL thieves that target the store all day and night, each and every day.

Direct coworkers were great to work with. I also enjoyed being left to do my work and not babysat by management.

Management doesn't know what they are doing. Resets and floor plans were regularly not done properly. The store I worked at has a skeleton crew so I never got help (but was expected to stop everything I'm going to go help other departments/areas). Also meaning good luck to any customers needing help, especially when I was the only person working my area of the store, so when I wasn't there, no one was. Management also regularly disappeared into the offices or were on vacation. Also was terminated for reasons outside my control even though I was told they look at the reasons for attendance incidents before termination. Never got to get the FMLA or accommodation to my doctors before being terminated two days after I requested them. Didn't bother asking for a raise either. I did multiple times and got nothing.
