Food Safety & Sanitation Issues Food contamination risks – Raw chicken stored next to prepared food without labels. Cross-contamination – Employees handle raw chicken and touch everything else without changing gloves. Dirty equipment – Slicers, fryer baskets, and rotisserie racks are not properly cleaned. Improper chemical use – Floor cleaner was connected to the dish sanitizer line, contaminating dishes. Expired fryer oil test strips – No proper testing of fryer oil. Sushi cooler at unsafe temperature – Food safety hazard for customers. Flying bugs in sushi area – Signs of poor sanitation. Food left out overnight – Items left in hot storage and even inside fryers. Garbage not changed properly – Food waste left overnight, attracting pests.
