Never felt more supported in my growth or appreciated for my ideas & contributions. I have been promoted twice in 2.5 years at this company and offered competitive compensation packages each time. The culture is awesome, people are supportive and kind. They have also invested in some really cool learning & development programs which have created really useful resources for leaders at the company. Overall lots to appreciate and they are always adding more! It's been really amazing to see how the company has grown.

The only thing to call out is that there are some high-work, high-reward periods... they can be stressful, but also have helped me fulfil my own career goals because we are given the opportunity take our work to the next level and feel proud of it. If there is an opportunity to level up, the company will often take it and make the 'big bet'. That can mean changes happen really fast which can be hard to keep up with at times. I find that satisfying; but it isn't for everyone, some people might prefer something more laid-back day-to-day.
