      One of the best pros about Melaleuca is the room for advancement. If there is a department or position that you are really interested in there is a great chance you can get there! Another Pro are the benefits, not just insurance, but benefits such as the gym or the firework show every year or even the company picnic.

      Svantaggi

      A downside to Melaleuca is that it can be stressful and high paced. You will always need to do your best and work your hardest but it is definitely rewarding.
