As a relatively-new employee, I've been welcomed in with a smile from everyone I've met, especially upper-level management who has reached out personally and regularly. The company culture inspires natural mentorship married with helpful feedback in response to motivated employees with a strong work ethic. This is a company that practices what they preach with integrity and motivates all who partner with them to do the same. I've been so impressed with all that Melaleuca has been willing to invest in my career's development as I've learned the in's and out's of the company and had the opportunity to network and train in multiple departments. While there are a lot of laughs and opportunities for fun, it is a professional, driven work environment. Success is openly celebrated and results are often quantifiably measured and shared openly. This promotes a culture of improvement and friendly competition, but it could be difficult for employees looking for a more laid-back environment. Also, while Melaleuca is an ardent supporter of women in the workplace and working moms (providing mothers lounges and other benefits), the designated daycare, Koala Kids has a running wait list months and months out.
