Company values employees! There are many things that are done to help employees. The pandemic is perfect example. When groceries were hard to find, employees were given groceries at NO COST! Also, during this time, no one needed to worry about a job. There is not feeling like knowing you have a very steady job at all times including during a global pandemic. -Benefits: PTO doesn't expire! I like to save vacation and use it when I really need it. I love that it can be saved and that I do not need to worry about using it in a certain time. Insurance is very affordable and very minimal changes each year.
