      plenty of orientation on the floor for new grads, lots of opportunities for lateral movement within the company, great coworkers

      initial orientation to the company seemed excessively long, expected to work lots of overtime, many floors seem to have a fairly high turnover

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
