      Excellent resources and technology for patient care. The hospital is always looking forward at what they can provide for their patients.

      Management is too far removed from the clinical side of healthcare. They focus too closely on numbers on paper and not on how staff feels the clinical side is performing.

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
