      I have been with Memorial Helath for almost 7 years. I have been able to work myself up from the trenches and been promoted into HR. Not many places have the options to move like Memorial Health does. The management and the staff are always great and so helpful.

      Not many cons in my opinion. Memorial really took care of their colleagues during the pandemic.

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
