Heathcare coverage & PTO are excellent.

Svantaggi

Overwhelming work load, often no breaks & long shifts. Management only gives lip service to correcting the problem & ultimately does nothing about it. Very critical of job performance, despite the understaffing.

I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

Svantaggi

Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
