The job is easy to learn.

Untrustworthy management, childish coworkers, huge lack of communication, people are quick to throw others under the bus for the smallest thing. Management will allow certain privileges to certain employees as they play favorites and make sure that everyone is aware who they like and who they do not like. Most of the clinical staff is extremely rude to the phone staff and act like the phone staff is incompetent.

I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
