In outpatient imaging, there is a stress on customer service and quality of images. Behind the scenes on the ISD side, there is a constant effort to programmatically provide systems that are efficient and user friendly for our staff. Mgmt flexibility, trust ( no micro managing), upholds the work life balance standard and motivates employees to continue education. Multiple, locations so there is always opportunity to work in areas close to home. Many opportunities to move around or up in the company. I could go on, there are many pros, but from my experience, I can attest that my pro list is so long due to my direct report supervisor and how she leads her team.

Quality care. Patient focused. Room for growth depending on skill but sometimes based on who you know which is a con. Lots of great providers who really care.

A lot of politics and favortism. People get promoted in leadership that don't deserve it which makes for a miserable experience for those working with them . Some senior leaders are disrespectful, overly demanding, disregard others time and effort, manipulative, aggressive, belittling, don't understand the workload of others, inflict punishment based on their feelings or because they want to, do things for their own benefit and are dishonest.
