They treat everyone like family and are in it for the long haul. I have met High ups that began there as a CNA and still work there now as Nurse Practitioners. When I told my manager where I was applying to nursing school she immediately thought of a staff member that attended there and got me her number. When people move on to better jobs they celebrate with them! A friend hired as a PCT became a. nurse and got the only new grad spot in ICU!
