      Able to continue working for the company and grow as you receive your degree. If you quit to obtain your degree they will not hire you for the position. They depend on internal promotions.

      Managers favorite certain employees... Even if someone has a doctors note whereas they can't perform certain tasks they still make you do them and allow their favorite employee to do what they prefer rather than what they should be doing.

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
