Staff are treated as robots and expected to work ridiculous hours. You are expected to be able to be called even on weekends/after hours. Each department does not co-operative with other departments, making getting work done a nightmare. HR have ridiculed colleagues for mental health issues. Very unprofessional management, often gossiping about staff members and private issues right in front of other staff.
