      Good free food provided. Free Cab facility. Good Infrastructure. thats it

      Not for technical peoples they have only backend support for their parent company. No client. No challenging work. Few old people sitting on higher level, tam lead and only doing rubbish. Team leads generally works from home and thies facility are not for others. No work procedure no ethics only if u want to timepass then join as an software engineer. Nothing to learn. Work timimgs are in shift so whole day wasted. Overall an average company only working for parent company. No future growth in SharePoint

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
