      Immediate team members were great and there are opportunities to move (if you have the 'right' manager supporting you). Location in Docklands is close to Southern Cross and flexible work arrangements were good.

      Mercer is one of the worst companies I have worked for in terms of culture. They don't practice what they preach. Senior Management was not only incompetent but also used threats, bullying and intimidation to 'motivate' employees. Workload and expectations do not match remuneration. The company has ridiculously high expectations for results with no budget or management support.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
