      Pay market-rate, rather than over and above. Due to the size of the company change can move at a glacial pace CEO's spend a lot of time talking about growth and how well the company has done etc, then pay reviews are usually disappointing each year

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
