Half of the people I worked with were the most amazing coworkers and human beings. The energy of the company as a whole as well I found to be welcoming with variations depending on location. Outside of Boston and among the most senior members in Boston, people are wonderful.

Any hiring they've supposedly done hasn't actually been visible. In busy months I was often working 18 hour days with only criticism to work more and inappropriate demands. The office culture for younger employees often had very unprofessional and isolating behaviors, and diversity in employees on a personal level is definitely more sneered at than appreciated as opposed to the company's mission.
