Vantaggi
I’ve really enjoyed my experience working here and would recommend the company to anyone considering joining.
The people are one of the biggest strengths. My colleagues are intelligent, kind, inclusive, and genuinely good to work with. I enjoy both the work I do and the team I get to work with every day.
The flexible hybrid work environment is a major positive. When I do go into the office, the remodeled Rahway location is very nice. The cafeteria is excellent, and the open office concept was clearly designed thoughtfully. I’m personally not a fan of open office environments, but the layout, meeting rooms, furniture, and technology make it about as effective and comfortable as that type of setup can be.
Compensation is good and in line with the industry average. Yearly bonuses are on par and a nice benefit. They are not necessarily over the top, but they are meaningful and appreciated.
The benefits are excellent, and the employee cost is reasonable. Medical and dental coverage are what you would expect from a large company, and the time off package is a major plus. Many holidays are observed, there is a yearly shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s, and our team is very flexible with time off. Personal and sick time can be used when needed, and five weeks of vacation for everyone is standard.
I always tell friends to look at openings here because I believe it’s a great place to work. If you are considering joining, look at the full package: people, flexibility, benefits, compensation and culture. Taken together, it paints a very compelling picture.

The commute is not ideal, especially with traffic around the Garden State Parkway and Route 1. Parking can also be limited and far from the office if you do not arrive early. More parking would help, but overall, the office experience is still positive.
Like many large companies, we are experiencing a lot of change right now across leadership, management and teams. The company is also navigating some real headwinds, including the economy, tariffs, and patent expirations. Even with those challenges, I think the organization is doing its best to move forward and adapt.
