      So far from what I've seen since acquiring us, they seem to really care about our needs and they follow through them. Understanding it takes time, but they make it happen!!

      First, thanks very much for the feedback related to MRP and sorry for the delay in responding. We are in the process of making a number of enhancements to our MRP system including: - Reducing data entry requirements - Combining transactions using customer forms we are developing - Moving from MRP to a DRP model so we can look at demand across the enterprise.       Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!
