      Thanks for providing feedback on Glassdoor. Given the nature of Mercury’s business, we have an extreme focus on security. Also, given our M&A activity, we tend to standardize across sites quickly. It may be the combination of these two factors that is contributing to your view of us being “stringent”.       Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!
