Thanks so much for the time and effort you put into this review! We're transparent about the fact that we are results-driven company. This and our commitment to our customers at times requires extra effort and hours. 70 is excessive and if that is your experience, especially on a regular basis, we want to know so that we can work with you and your manager to rectify this. We highly value our employees' personal and family lives and understand that you have priorities beyond the workplace. We also make an effort to organize fun events and activities during work hours to give our employees a break and an opportunity to socialize with their coworkers. Over the past 2 years we have worked diligently to implement tools and processes that will scale with us. We are confident that tools such as Skype for Business, Atlassian and YouEarnedIt! among others will serve us as well when we grow as they do now.
