Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. I am happy to see you consider our benefits a pro - we have worked really hard to ensure Mercury offers "total rewards" to its employees. I agree we have a group of very skilled managers and are working to develop them all so they grow and help their employees do the same. As the CHRO of Mercury, I am always open to and looking for constructive feedback to help continue to build the HR function of the company.
