Our CEO shines in times of crisis. Around 8 years ago when Mercury ran into some serious challenges, he came in and righted the ship. Through tough decision making, know-how, discipline, and sheer force of will, he turned the company around by being a true leader. Once again in the midst of this pandemic, he has stepped up and with great compassion and creativity, and is leading Mercury and its people through the storm. I can't say enough about how impressed I am at Mercury's response to this critically difficult situation.

I hope that once this crisis has passed, that we can use our lessons learned and creative solutions to continue working and being effective in new ways, using technology and communication as well as understanding how connected and dependent we all are on each other.
