      The only negative is if you wish to apply for a different position within Mercy you must inform your current supervisor. If you don't get the position then it can cause some tension with your current supervisor because they know you are looking to leave your current position.

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
