      as all hospital systems, they try to get by with as few staff necessary for each unit, generally you have a weekend and holiday rotation schedule. not the highest paying system in our area.

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
