They do not care about their employees at all Huge pay gap between RNs and SWs for doing the EXACT same job. The manager and team leads lie and say theyre completing clinical hours to become licensed social workers but there is ZERO clinical work that would qualify for your License. They have a licensed SW lie each week and sign off on their "clinical" hours. Youre punished for speaking up No team building HR could careless Poor management If you're 15 minutes late, you lose 4 hours of PTO
