The company shows strong loyalty and genuinly cares about its employees. Management is flexible and understanding, recognizing that everyone works a little differently and allowing people to approach tasks in the way that works best for them.

There aren’t many downsides, but the cost of living in Middleton is high, and the long commute can be difficult depending on where you live.

The boss cares, very appreciative with competitive pay and many team events and meals supplied in addition throughout the year making a cool team atmosphere
