      A group of good workers and colleagues, working as a team, where everyone is willing to help each other out without hesitation. You really get to learn how to deal with guests from diverse backgrounds with various personalities and attitudes; it is how to negotiate and communicate with them that matters.

      Can not think of any GOOD part in this company except for the helpful team and coworkers. Avoid this company at all costs. It is sort of the 'to have one's cake and eat it too' style of management

      I agreed contractually to a 3 month ramp up with salary plus commission and benefits with an understanding that I am new to the industry and would need training support and overall guidance to execute the job at a high level. I received none of these things, the CEO of the company fired me after a week at no fault of my own stating "she couldnt afford me". I received 1 day of light training if you could call it that and was kicked to the curb.
