No real attempt is made to deliver good, or even sound results - Pay is poor and there is openly no intention to change this - Could not retain staff if their lives depended on it - Positions resigned for will never be filled, even in key management roles - Responsibility flows downwards - Harassment is commonplace and accepted - No clue on how to deliver projects for clients - Partnerships with large companies are put above client needs every time - No culture or desire to foster a good one
