+ Merlin is a mission-driven company that helps workers find jobs (and business find workers) near them in the fastest, and most effective way possible. I think their core values are emphasized early on in the interview process, attracting great people who are optimistic & eager to disrupt the status quo in an industry. + You will learn A LOT. The co-founders encourage individuals to take the lead on new strategies, tactics, and projects. In the process, you gain invaluable experience in growing a technology startup. + The culture is demanding (as in everyone as a lot of accountability & must deliver in their role) BUT at the same time very laid back - you can work on your schedule, take time off when you need to, and work from home if their personal priorities you need to take care of.

I don't think the start-up work environment is for everyone. People with backgrounds working at big corporations might value more the benefits that big companies offer (i.e. set structure).

Good staff, management, CEO/owner is involved in process.

A little bit too strictly about internal rules (dress code, work schedule, etc)
