As you walk into the Merry Men office you are surrounded by a positive vibe and a creative environment. I was attracted to the high quality work they do and the vision of the senior management. There is a huge emphasis on ethics and fairness. Employees are treated like friends and everyone no matter how junior or senior can voice their views. It is one of the few places I have seen that have rejected clients that don’t see eye to eye with their values. I read a review here that talks about the late timings at Merry Men. Of course there are days we do work late. But every day! That is nonsense. In my time there I hardly ever worked even weekends.

Can’t think of any. The only one I feel is that they don’t capitalize enough on the good work and the kind of unique culture they have. They could be more aggressive in doing PR for the agency and helping those looking to join know just what to expect. The same goes for prospective clients.

Freedom to ideate. Cross-functional teams. Fun work culture. Great vibe of the office space. Dogs at the workplace.

No fixed process in place, so you have to be patient and constantly adapt. Ideas may go unused many times.
