- A few growing pains recently due to the demand/scale up for our testing solutions. It's only temporary however some are challenged with seeing the big picture. - Not really a negative but understand that this is a start-up environment and you will likely wear more than one hat. If you are looking for a niche job in a big established slow roll company this may not be for you. However, if you want to make a direct impact, quickly progress, and are passionate in your work, I highly recommend.
